Welcome to Thursday, July 13th and welcome to another great episode of The Midlife Makeover Show. I get numerous weight loss experts that reach out to me requesting to be a guest on the show, and I don’t accept all of them, because some of the material is stuff we’ve all heard before. But when I researched today’s guest, I could tell that her weight loss program, or as she says, FAT loss program is different. It made sense to me.   5. Calories are a form of energy, but calories do not tell you what you are eating. The quality of your calories is what matters.
  6. Part of losing weight is losing your limiting beliefs. It’s changing your stinkin’ thinkin’ and creating healthy thoughts, beliefs, and habits.
